I'M NEW TO YOGA. WHICH CLASS SHOULD I TAKE?
We offer several different styles of classes. Each class will offer modifications to take the practice to your chosen level, however you can click here to read our class descriptions.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR AND BRING TO CLASS?
We recommend that you wear comfortable exercise clothing and bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Don't have a mat? No worries. We have mats and towels available for rent and water for purachse.
WHAT IS AN INFRARED SAUNA?
IS IT SAFE TO USE AN INFRARED SAUNA EVERY DAY?
If you're new to IR saunas, we recommend you start with just a couple sessions per week and work your way up to a daily routine. A daily IR sauna routine is a beneficial and healthy way to see possible health improvements from detoxification, pain relief, weight loss, relaxation, improved circulation, mood enhancement and skin purification. All of our sessions are 30 minutes. Please use your best judgement and listen to your body if you're not feeling well. IR saunas cause the body to sweat and detox. Please stay hydrated to reap the full benefits.
DO YOU OFFER OPPORTUNITIES TO EXCAHNGE SERVICES FOR FREE CLASSES AND SAUNA SESSIONS?
WHY WAS THE FRONT DOOR LOCKED?
Doors open 30 minutes prior to the start time of class and close at the beginning of class. Please arrive before class begins to claim your spot. We are not responsible for late arrivals.
DO I NEED TO SIGN UP FOR CLASS IN ADVANCE?
There is no need to reserve your class in advance! If it is your first time to the studio, we recommend you arrive 10 minutes early.
DO YOU RENT MATS?
Yes! We offer mat rentals for $1, towel rentals for $2, bottled water for $1.75 and our studio has mens and womens showers.
