Soul to Soul connection from the comforts of your own home.  It's important to us to stay connected and fulfill our studio mission in offering a little bit of peace, calm and clarity to your day.  We're taking our classes online with 

pre- recorded yoga, meditation and movement offerings.  Scroll through the content below and choose your practice!  We'll be adding new content regularly, so check back often.  

Virtual classes are password protected.  Please purchase your weekly unlimited membership then e-mail us to request your password.

FLOW

Expect to flow and reset.  Dynamic breath to posture sequences, mindful movements and longer holds infused into one class to offer physical/mental strength and rejuvenation.  Open level class.  Virtual classes are instructed without music.  

Style and pace of class are dependent upon the teacher.  Visit our teacher bios to get to know your instructor.

YIN RESTORATIVE

Expect to unwind, stretch and reset.  It's time to slow down.  Longer holds encourage the body to experience enhanced pliability, recovery and relaxation.  Leave rejuvenated in mind, body and spirit.  

Open level class.  (Great for beginners!). Virtual classes are instructed without music.

MEDITATION

Learn to turn your focus and attention inward in order to become more present.  Through breath, awareness and positive intention, ground yourself in the here and now.  When we show up fully present, we allow ourselves to live a more conscious, fulfilled and productive life for ourselves and others.  

SHORT ON TIME

Need a short practice to pick you up or wind you down?  Need a mid -day break from your WFH routine?  Move and breath along to a 10-15 minute practice, each with a unique focus to get you through your day and achieve your wellness goals for a healthy mind, body and soul.
